GST: GST and convenience charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Pending Refund: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. Credit timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Remaining Amount: Only the amount paid over and above the booking amount is eligible for a refund, subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Days Calculation: The date of cancellation is counted, while the trip departure date is not counted when calculating the applicable cancellation period.

Bypass Policy: In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, adverse weather, or other unforeseen events, our Emergency Case Cancellation Policy will override the standard cancellation and refund policy. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling will depend on recoveries from our vendors and service providers.
